SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the UK, we aim aim to delivery all orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday within 1-3 working days from dispatch For delivery to other international countries, it can take between 5-10 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times.
We are able to ship to most countries, shipping cost can be calculated from the basket page or during the checkout process.
We offer free shipping on orders over £69.90. This only applies to UK orders
For customers outside the EU, all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you. El Rayo Limited cannot be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes and duties nor any loss incurred by you as a result.
Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period.
Our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Under the CCRs we are only able to refund unopened products.
Refunds and replacements can only be issued if
- the goods are damaged or defective
- the goods were purchased directly through elrayotequila.com
- the goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt
We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
