Rhubarb Spritz
You want refreshing? We’ll give you refreshing. Salivatingly sour, refreshingly fruity and perfectly balanced. It’s the summer spritz you’ve been waiting for.
Ingredients:
50ml El Rayo Plata
15ml Lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup*
Rhubarb soda or tonic
Method:
Combine all the ingredients into a highball glass with ice
Top with rhubarb soda or tonic
Garnish with fresh lime wedge
Tip:
We love Dalston's rhubarb soda
*For a quick and easy batch of sugar syrup, dissolve two cups sugar in one cup water over a low heat. Leave to cool, bottle and keep in the fridge for up to a month.
