Picante, done our way. Zingy and peppery, with a (subtle) spice and hint of floral deliciousness. Exceedingly drinkable. What would a Tequila cocktail list be without a little heat?
INGREDIENTS:
50ml El Rayo Plata
25ml Lime
20ml Sugar syrup*
2 Slices of red chilli
Hibiscus Tonic
METHOD:
Add all ingredients except the tonic to a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a highball glass
Top with hibiscus tonic
Garnish with a slice of red chilli

*For a quick and easy batch of sugar syrup, dissolve two cups sugar in one cup water over a low heat. Leave to cool, bottle and keep in the fridge for up to a month.
